Waiting… waiting for a parcel to be delivered never delivered to get a card slipped in my mailbox to be collected go to PO the same day to find out it’s been there since the 1/5 today is 9/5. Australia post please sort out your contractors for Northbridge area. This isn’t the first time, and I doubt it will be the last.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Staff are so rude and not helpful at all. Did not let me pick up my package without giving them several ID's proving it was me, and it was just a package from Zara. Then I heard the guy next to me had his mail lost because previous tenants pickup his mail as they were living on the address. The processes of this place does not make any sense. I hope I never have to deal with these people again. Worst customer service in my life!

Been here twice so far. On both occasions, the customer service was bloody dismal. Staff were super slow and unpleasant to deal with. Hope to never have to come back.

It’s Friday. I am stupidly waiting in line for after hours parcel pickup. It’s been 50 minutes. There are two people in front of me left. Will I have to wait 1 hour. There were 14 in front of me. Disney world lines are shorter. This is beyond a joke…. 57 minutes. Wow

My rating is for that young woman (she wore glasses) who helped me today. She was extremly nice and helpful, if anyone she should get a pay rise. This was my most pleasant experience with Australia Post, great customer service from her.✨

I’ve nearly always had a good experience here, though if ever you come at lunch time there will be quite the wait. They seem to be a bit over cautious in doing simple tasks though. Like I needed to retrieve a parcel that I missed when it came to my door but there were many hoops needed to jump to prove that I was me.

I've had a few parcels lost from this post office in the past year alone. Very disorganised.There is a lady who works here who essentially treats me and others as if she hates us - very nasty girl.Gives dirty looks, huffs, puffs and grunts under her breath and uses the excuse of following protocol" when you politely enquire as to her need to be continually difficult.She also does not follow through on investigating loss of parcels."

I am so sick and tired of receiving pick up notices in my mailbox instead of them putting in effort for delivery. I am always at home almost 24/7. The whole point of me ordering online is for the convenience as I have a 6 month old child and it's always not easy to shop. We live on a ground floor apartment and I always put in the gate code and instructions to give me a call in my address line. The most recent one, I had to order multiple appliances (and they won't fit in the parcel lockers) and same thing, pick up notice. We don't have a car and my husband works away. I don't know what to do anymore! This is very frustrating!
