Del was incredibly helpful and friendly, making this easily the best experience we’ve had at an Australia Post. Del was very knowledgeable and couldn’t have done more to help us post some items. Also worth noting that the AusPost app is awesome!

I have been trying to call them and it is impossible to get through!! This has happened on several occasions and friends and family I have spoken to have all had the same problem!! Their phone answering service sucks!!!

Furious! Waited for far to long with no service attendant in site, Pressed the call buzzer and continued to wait, still not Aus post employee came out after another wait of 3 or so minutes the lady in front of me pressed the buzzer again, waited another 2-3 minutes when I heard a person was close to us, I said Hello" in a nice friendly voice
